Ricardo Trading is located in Watertown, Massachusetts a few minutes outside of Boston. Our team combines youthful vigor with the experience of long careers. In styling our ready-made products for wholesale customers, we infuse current color trends and the demands of contemporary lifestyles with our love of timeless designs and fabrics. The Ricardo collection therefore offers such classic looks as jacquards, woven dobbies, heat-transfer prints, and sheers in styles and colors that excite and satisfy the contemporary shopper.
In addition to the attention we bring to our distinctive collection, we also focus on our customers as the foundation of our success. We listen and respond to our buyers’ needs, working together to create successful stock and drop-ship programs, providing high-quality products, private-label packaging, in-house photography services, and efficiently-expedited orders, thereby ensuring our lasting mutual success.
Who is Ricardo Trading?
Richard Corelle, Owner & President
 
Richard has owned and operated Ricardo Trading since its inception in 1996. Ricardo Trading is the culmination of Richard's more than twenty years' prior experience in national sales and product development for several nationally-recognized companies including Park B. Smith, Inc., Richloom Home Fashions, and D. Kwitman & Son. During that period, Richard created successful window, bedding, and accessory programs with a wide variety of retailers, including Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Spiegel, Country Curtains, Garnet Hill, Sears, and Montgomery Ward’s.
In 1996 Richard expanded his enterprise and established Ricardo Trading as an importer of soft window treatments from China, India, and the Philippines. Since that time, he has mastered the challenges of fabric design, the intricacies of its production, and the complexities of international shipping. Today, in addition to offering a comprehensive line of window and shower curtain products, Ricardo Trading also partners extensively with on-line accounts; our niche is to create programs tailored to individual customers and their particular channels of distribution.
As the company has evolved, Richard has realized that being successful at the highest level requires a team of skilled professionals. To that end, Ricardo Trading promises its customers with complete confidence that everything they need to create a successful window program, from styling to delivery to service, will be handled expertly by our knowledgeable, experienced team.
Krissy Bondoc, Director of Product Development
 
Krissy is the newest member of the Ricardo team and we are excited by both her fresh perspective and broad range of talents and product development experience. Since 2002 when she earned her BS in International Trade & Marketing for the Fashion Industries from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Krissy has continued to explore and excel in various industries, all connected through her love of design and product development
Some of her experience includes six years as Design Manager at The Children's Place in Secaucus, NJ, where she began to travel internationally; 3 years at Sears Holdings Company, where she researched seasonal trends and formulated fashion directives; and more recently at Global Sourcing & Product Development Services, where she led the Product Development Team.
It is our great good fortune to benefit from Krissy's extensive experience, from her expertise in analyzing consumer market changes to her passion for home furnishings and her natural talent for design and color. Our customers will value her sharp fashion sense and her skill in market analysis as much as her product development experience and guidance. But they will love Krissy for her warmth and commitment to fostering relationships with everyone she interacts with.
Alice Chan, Inventory Control Manager
 
Alice supports Ricardo and all of our customers with her impressive and extensive background and education in computer science and inventory control management. From 1987 to 2009, she was Operations Manager of National Curtain Corp. and Interlace Curtain Manufacturing, Inc.
In 2011, she joined the Ricardo Trading team and has since assumed responsibility for all inventory control functions and shipping logistics. She efficiently manages all inventory and distribution of products and services. From the overseas factory to the U.S. retailer’s warehouse, Alice has her finger on every detail of the product’s movement. She brings that same level of attention to order placement and routing, communicating quickly and accurately with buyers and procurement departments alike.
Brad Schlesinger, National Sales Manager
 
Brad brings a diverse range of sales expertise to Ricardo, from his over twenty years as the owner of a successful rep agency to his more recent efforts as National Sales Manager specializing in e-commerce in a home-related industry. In addition to his experience with internet business and direct sales, Brad's gift is in building programs and relationships with accounts and vendors alike. He looks forward to meeting you!
