TERMS OF USE

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accessing ricardotrading.com (the “Service”), operated by Ricardo Trading LLC, 953 Islington St, Portsmouth NH 03801, you agree to these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ricardo Trading LLC (“Ricardo Trading,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance.

2. REGISTRATION, USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY

You represent that you are:
• At least 18 years old OR
• 14–17 years old with parental consent and supervision.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Service may integrate with social platforms or third-party login systems. If you share or transfer information to such platforms, it is governed by their privacy policies. Ricardo Trading is not responsible for third-party data practices.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING Ricardo Trading sells curtains and home décor products direct-to-consumer. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. Prices, product availability, and descriptions may change without notice. Orders are not accepted until we confirm shipment.

If a product is mispriced, we will either:
• Contact you for instructions OR
• Cancel the order.

If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it within 30 days per our Return Policy.

5. PAYMENT TERMS; ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment must be received before shipment. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. All charges are in U.S. dollars. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (30-DAY POLICY)

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Contact office@ricardotrading.com for instructions. Additional details may appear on our website’s Return Policy Page.

7. SHIPPING; RISK OF LOSS; TAXES

Shipping charges appear at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping dates are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. PRIVACY POLICY INCORPORATED

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, included below. 

9. SERVICE ACCESS; LICENSE

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Service. We may revoke access at any time.

10. USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:
• Use the Service for commercial resale
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content
• Scrape or data-mine the Site
• Impersonate others
• Send spam or fraudulent communications

We may remove content, restrict access, and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.

11. USER CONTENT

You own your content but grant Ricardo Trading a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for business purposes (e.g., product reviews).

12. USER SUBMISSIONS (FEEDBACK)

Any feedback you provide becomes our property without compensation.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked to or from the Service.

14. STORAGE & ACCESS

We may delete inactive accounts or stored content without liability.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify the Service or Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access at any time without notice.

17. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All Ricardo Trading intellectual property—including product images, logos, site design, and software— is owned by Ricardo Trading or its licensors.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service and products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • uninterrupted performance • accuracy of product details • correction of defects

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed $50.

20. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and defend Ricardo Trading for claims arising from:
• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

22. GENERAL TERMS

Governing Law: New Hampshire. Venue: Arbitration in Portsmouth, NH. Arbitration (Individual Only): All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. No class actions or representative claims. Statute of Limitations: 1 year from when the claim arises. Assignment: You may not transfer your rights. We may assign ours. Severability: Invalid terms are replaced with enforceable equivalents
